We also handled all demolition and disposal, ensuring a clean and efficient process from start to finish.The renovation included new flooring installation across the entire unit, popcorn ceiling removal, and a fresh, premium paint finish for a sleek and updated look. Project Challenges
One of the key challenges in this renovation was dealing with the existing bulkhead. The original ductwork inside the bulkhead could not be relocated, which limited our ability to remove it entirely. To overcome this, our team carefully redesigned the duct’s direction and worked to reduce the overall size of the bulkhead as much as possible.
By reframing the bulkhead and finishing it seamlessly, we not only resolved the technical limitations but also achieved a cleaner, more spacious look. This solution provided both functionality and design improvement, leaving the client highly satisfied with the outcome.
